21 . Shopping Order Processing Time

Verification & Purchase Timeline:

For orders submitted between 08:00 and 18:00 Beijing time, we will handle and complete them within 6 hours.

For orders submitted between 18:00 and 08:00 Beijing time, they will be processed before 14:00 the next day.

Note: Excluding cases where the seller cannot be contacted or there are abnormal orders.

Sellers' Delivery Timeline:

Generally, Taobao sellers in China will dispatch deliveries within 3 to 7 days (except for some customized products and pre-order items).

For JD and Amazon self-operated logistics, items will be delivered on the same day of purchase (for non-self-operated and franchise merchants, deliveries will be sent out within 3 - 5 days).

The actual time depends on the seller.

Domestic Delivery Time to CNCNGO's Warehouse:

The CNCNGO warehouse is in Huizhou, Guangdong.
Items shipped from the Pearl River Delta region can arrive within 1 - 2 working days.
Items shipped from the Yangtze River Delta region usually take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
Items shipped from other remote areas usually take around 7 working days to reach.

Inspection Timeline:

Approximately 1 working day in general.
