1. If you want a specific gift, please clearly note your request in the remarks when submitting orders so that we can help you negotiate with the seller. However, we cannot guarantee that the seller will definitely provide the gift. If the seller doesn't provide the gift, we will not reissue it.
2. If you don't note anything about the gift when submitting the order and the seller also doesn't send a gift, we won't conduct inspection or after-sales for the gift.
