Parcel Returns
-
If your parcel is returned due to unqualified domestic security, we will contact you for confirmation and resend it for free.
-
If your parcel has been sent abroad but is returned due to reasons such as "unqualified international security", "no signature", "unknown address", or "out for delivery", you are responsible for the redelivery fee.
-
Parcels need to go through customs clearance after arriving at foreign customs. Customs inspection of parcels is based on spot checks. If the customs deems that the items in your parcel are special, it is likely to require the receiver to provide invoices or proof of customs clearance. Due to an unspecific receiver's address or failure to contact, which leads to the parcel being returned by logistics and generates relevant customs fees or destruction, the receiver shall bear the costs.
Confiscation of Goods
We will verify the material and category of the commodity, but we cannot identify genuine, fake, or imitation brands related to intellectual property. We cannot help you purchase all foreign brands, imitation brands, and category A commodities, and we are also not responsible for customs clearance. If your items are judged to be imitation brands, fakes, or sensitive items and result in confiscated parcels, you need to take responsibility.
P.S.: When submitting an international delivery order with this kind of goods, please carefully choose shipping methods.
Notices of Sign-Off
-
Check if there are obvious differences before signing for the goods.
-
Check if the parcel has clear signs of breakage or damage. Receivers should check the parcel in front of the postman and sign with remarks or refuse to accept.
-
If the parcel is not signed in front of the postman and is damaged or broken, please keep the original package (and sealed). Provide invoices, actual photos, and other related evidence to us within 2 working days after delivery. We will negotiate with the local post office for compensation.
-
Normal sign-off marks the end of the entire shipping process. After normal sign-off, we will not take any responsibility in any case.
-
After signing for the parcel, if there is any problem, please give feedback to customer service within 72 hours. If it is over 72 hours, we are sorry but we will not be able to handle your case.
