Why hasn't the tracking been updated since the parcel was shipped?

1. After the parcel is sent, there is no tracking update.

 For some routes, the first tracking update will not occur until approximately three days after the parcel is dispatched. Please wait patiently. 


2. After the first tracking is displayed, there is no next update. 

For some routes, the first tracking of collection scan will be updated after the parcel is dispatched. Then, the next update will happen after the parcel is picked up and scanned by the courier. The update time varies from three to ten days depending on different routes. Please wait patiently. 


Reminder: For routes with a long tracking update time, we will remind you below the package of the corresponding route for your reference.
